Cannot hand in dreadcellar quest

Title, completed the dungeon 4 times now and "Lucilla" doesn't spawn where the quest marker indicates so i cannot hand in the quest.
Give us clannfear mounts!

pihlaja✭✭✭For me it worked after I first ported out from the dungeon (“leave instance” in my case), ported back in to a group member and returned to the end via portal.
