To those who noticed the bug reports on the forums, handled the support tickets, prioritized this issue, and implemented the fix, thank you! It appears that a small number of people were affected, so restoring the lost items probably cost ZOS far more than it was worth. Further, since I had created and deleted multiple characters with the exact same name, I did not expect it would be possible to restore my stuff. But, you did it. Way to go, and thank you for your time and effort!
