Just built this set to play with in PvP (MagSorc)
Hrothgar's Chill does NOT proc when using Rune Prison/Rune Cage (I tested both) and ONLY procs with Flame Clench if the target is NOT moving - it will not proc if the target is moving.

✭✭✭✭✭It'd be great to know if this is intended, a bug, or an odd occurrence. I doubt I'll even bother with the set on a sorc if it doesn't work with cage.0
