I am unable to log into the North America megaserver and get the below two errors. I have rebooted my PS4 and network devices and am able to sign into the Europe megaserver.

Error 100: Timeout while waiting for the realm directory service
and
Login Failed: Connection to the server timed out. Pleas try again later.

I have a case opened 210829-003149. I am unable to ping 198.20.198.110 on two different ISPs. I have also enabled the port forwarding to no avail. Please advise.

    I am able to log in at this time however I am still unable to ping the NA server. I guess ping is not a valid test. It would be nice to know what the resolution might have been.
