PS5 Cure Jorvuld trophy and achievement not awarded

On a new character I tried to cure jorvuld in Scalecaller peak, I collected both ingredients and selected “cure jorvuld”.
He got cured, but the achievement was not awarded and the trophy was not awarded either. Tried on normal and vet scalecaller peak. PlayStation 5
