Earthgore is a biggie for PUG dungeon healing.

    Wear Spell Power Cure.
    Wear Earthgore.
Keep Radiating Regeneration up on your whole group.

Just from those three things you've delivered the most important buff healers are expected to deliver, plus emergency/burst healing that cover most needs.

From there you can add two battery skills -- one Magickasteal plus one orbs/shards -- and whatever burst heal/shield feels right to you, and the rest of the build can be rounded out as you think best.

Mediocre week but they can't all be winners.

I want so much to like Voidcaller but... I just can't. It's not tuned competitively enough to be used over other options.

Hanu's is another set that I want to like but it needs some higher uptime in order to balance out its comparatively rare activation condition (rezzing someone else - which shouldn't happen very frequently or your group is doing something horribly wrong).

Hanu's is really a PvP set that drops in a DLC dungeon. There is pretty much always someone on the ground to pick up during a siege. A Necromancer on an ulti regen build could use it to pick up three allies and give the buff to everyone and then use it again very quickly to keep the fight going.

Not to mention it is already overloaded to make up for the 5-piece being impractical to use, though still not as overloaded as crusader, shalk, or champion of the hist, since those are all easier to keep up.

Since resurrection time varies by class, it's obvious why they keep the set in its state.

Yeah, I mean, I've made that build and gone all-in with Pearls of Ehlnofey and such but it's still incredibly underwhelming. All the more so if you run with a decent group that doesn't have someone dying every 5 seconds.

Its only real use-case is zerg-surfing and even then you'd probably be helping your group more by doing something else.
