Clever alchemist just doesn't proc anymore, zos can you fix this please, its my fav set.

    ZOS really needs to introduce something in-game to explain why sets are not working in the no-CP campaigns. How can such important information not be anywhere in the UI?

    the temporary solution is to directly face someone when using a potions, if you are then it procs. But yes we need a fix
