Unable to fish in Wrothgar since start of Year One event

I noticed that I am unable to fish in Wrothgar but I am able to fish in other zones. I can see a prompt to fish at a fishing spot, I can select the proper bait (I have plenty of all kinds), but when I try to cast my fishing rod, nothing happens. I turned off all my add-ons, reloaded UI, and still cannot fish in Wrothgar. I turned off all my add-ons and logged out of the game and then logged back in, and I still cannot fish in Wrothgar. I went to Craglorn, some DLC zones, and some base game zones and I could fish without a problem. The problem only seems to be in Wrothgar. I am wondering if this fishing bug only started today with the launch of the Year One event (since it is impacting a zone that's part of the event and I can't find any other recent complaints about fishing in Bug Reports). I am on PC on the NA megaserver.

Anyone else having this issue?

    This seems to be a more widespread bug, not just you.

    Someone complained about it in zone chat just now and myself and a third person verified that it wasn't working for us either.

    I'm not sure if it's event-related or if it's yet another weird thing broken by the update.

    I asked in zone chat if other people could check, to see if it was working for anyone, and all the feedback was "no".

    I have the same problem, and others in my guild too, and I've already sent a bug report in-game on this.

    Forgot to add that it started after Update 31, not the event. PC/EU btw.
