Sequence break/Dialogue bug that keeps happening when playing on my laptop.

Example 1: Animations, Visual, and Audio FX don't play, then they do all at once loudly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-2ftgs46Bs
Example 2: whem speaking with npc they'll stand there, until the voice overfinally plays, and during scripted sequences, sometimes the sequence just dodn't play properlyhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnQzjjWKxlo&t=1s

Similar thing to example 1 happens in other games. Is this my Computer? What's causing this?
Let us hide vampirsm with a "none" option in the collections menu, let us hide every piece of armor in the outfit station, at the very least let us hide shoulders belts, and gloves please zos I just wana run around as a prisoner without having to find a belt or shoulderpads that fit

    "I think I figured this out, This seems to be caused by My laptop not allocating enough ram to ESO, and other games, though I'm not entirely sure I've fixed it by just using razer game booster and launching games in "gaming desktop mode I've seem a marked improvement, and not encountered these sequence breaks for the time being."
