Antiquities Codex Entries Reset With Patch

I'm seeing a number of Antiquities where their codex entries were wiped by this patch. Off hand one of the pieces of the Ring of the Pale Order is missing (The Ancestral Signet), so it's currently at 12/15, but of course it's not possible to collect multiple copies of mythic leads without completing it.

I also noticed the Sixth House Ritual Table's been wiped as well. Not sure what else has been nuked, but this is a fairly significant issue.
