Is it still exists in store rotation? I've never seen it :/

    It was in one of the crown crates which came back last year.

    Yes, but before it was available in crown store for 1k or 40 gems.
    Can't see any real reason to not bring it back into the crown store...costume is not that special as far as I know :|
