Elf Bane Currently broken - Not extending ground DoT time and Grothdaar

Since the new patch Elf bane is not working for many other sources of flame DoT damage, From what I've tested it does not work for wall of elements, Eruption, Grothdaar, and anything that isn't single target. If this is intended please let me know, until then I assume it is a bug.

    Just tested it on Live and its indeed Bugged (or not mentioned in the Patch notes, however the Set text remained the same)

    Elf Bane on jewelry and Body, so both bars have the extending effect.

    Skills tested ion addition to already mentioned skills:
    Shootingstar ground effect after impact -> not extended
    Fire Destro -> not extended
    Illambris -> not extended

    Didnt test Domihaus yet, but my guess is, that its also buggy since its a flamedmg AOE Prog.

    EDIT: Talons are working, but those are kinda ST

    Didn't see EB mentioned in patch notes and the tooltip looks the same so assuming bug. Was already niche enough but this would make it utterly worthless.

    Btw not sure if standard of might is being fully buff by elfbane and getting the full 5 sec. Normal uptime for standard is 16 sec right? but for me its to 20 sec, instead of 21 sec. So is that extra sec invisable or something? idk whats up with that.koezxw1des62.jpg

    I think I can help you with that, as tooltip of ElfBane states, it increases flame over time abilities by 5 secs but DK has a passive that is called "Searing Heat"

    So 16 seconds of "Base Time" of "Standard of Might" is increased to 20 seconds by this passive so with ElfBane it should be 25, as we can see it is not amplified by ElfBane, therefore it is not working.
