Guild Trader Won mail does not specify the name of the trader won

This change was promised in the patch notes for Waking Flame (both PTS and live), but the mail received at flip today for my guild (on PC-NA) did not mention which trader had been won. It only said, as it did before, that the name and location of the trader of the trader we did win would be specified on the guild info page.
