You can sneak past it! My guild prog group discovered that a while back... or wipe the group and run past while you're still a ghost or w/e you are.

FYI - if poisoned person dies they explode and deal AOE damage to everyone around, this can create chain reaction of explosions and wipe whole group. Idk what damage looks like on normal but on vet it deals 18-20k damage so it easily oneshots people with parse food. Just don't stack and keep your distance from each other - this will prevent chain reaction of explosions.
The only change I'd suggest would be to remove explosion mechanic from trash packs - corridors are really narrow and it's hard to not overlap so people are often killing each other, it feels like an overkill. On boss it's fine tho
