Screenshots not saving to Document/elder scrolls online/live/screenshots after patch

Is anyone else having issues with their screenshots not saving where they always have? When I take a screenshot it gives the directory that it is supposed to go to but they are not there. I can not find them anywhere on my computer. This started yesterday after the patch for me. Anyone else?

    No, just tested mine it saved to the correct location. Documents > Elder scrolls Online > Live > Screenshots. I hope you get it sorted.

    When I had this issue it was the Anti Virus that caused it. Try adding everything ESO as exception. Might work for you too.

    Thanks I will check but I know it was cleared and in there before. Perhaps something removed it

    I checked and also removed and re-added ELderscrolls to my firewall exceptions and it still is not working :(

    Update: Odd thing screenshots work as expected on my steam ESO account but running my regular ESO account I noticed the screenshots not working as expected on that one. Not sure why it works on steam and not the regular account.

    Mine save normally, non-Steam.

    Any chance maybe your keybind to the screenshot ability got unbound?

    Sorted mine, although it did indeed show the printscreen as bound I unbound it and re-bound it and it works fine now.

    this is not the first time this happens

    have checked all the things others have posted and nada

    yay for running a paint program in the background to get screens off my clipboard
    because this game has no way for us to access the path

    Same problem here, I tried changed the keybinding from print screen to numpad minus key and that didn't help. It wouldn't even let me change it back to print screen on that character!

    I also tested mapping an extra button on my mouse to print screen and that didn't make a difference. I can use print screen in the rest of Windows and it works normally - confirming it's not a problem with that button on my keyboard.

    I don't have any interference from OneDrive or similar taking over the print screen key. I would very much like this function back now please ZOS.

    Do you have video multithreading enabled? Finally figured out having this feature enabled seems to prevent screenshots from saving to the usual file location for me; after turning it off and restarting the game, works exactly as intended and vice versa. Hopefully this can be addressed in the near future.

    Interesting, I do have the new multithreading enabled. I just got the ability to take screenshots working again today though, after seeing a thread on Reddit about it. My ESO folder in Documents was labelled as read only, and simply toggling that back off didn't work, but then I also went into the folder's properties > security > advanced and even though I was already listed as having full control I went through the motions of adding my account again and granting full control anyway. That seems to have sorted it!

    Got a chuckle out of this. This is why I am wary after any update and especially so of any fancy new feature.

He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    Hmm I've had no issue, I have multithreading enabled and my screenshots have always gone to the same place.....

    I take a lot of them too, so definitely always worked. :)
