This happened to me today for the first time. All gates into Haven were not working.

✭✭✭✭✭Adding to this. The Gate Door next to the Wayshrine redirects you back outside facing the Wayshrine, the bigger one a little north has no problem letting you in. Multiple Haven Gate Doors inside Haven redirect you back inside where you came from, just turning you around preventing you from leaving the city via the Gates forcing you to go all the way Southwest exit to leave the town.1 -

went into town through the beach near the Aquifer and transported to the Snugpod (staple home) in order to leave Haven. There’s a cliff on the northeastern side of the town which eventually leads out of the town if you want to do some climbing instead of porting. Of course shouldn’t be needed but just so you know..0 -

Ashnarug✭✭✭no need to go through the Aquifer. For me the option to reopen the gate to the sewers is unavailable. IsharaMeradin✭✭✭✭Had read about this earlier but forgot about it. Was doing a few maps and going through Haven was going to be quicker than backtracking to a wayshrine. Turned out to not be quicker. Tried going out the southwestern exit, no dice. Tried to go to the wayshrine, nope. Ended up exiting through the northern exit (same one I entered with).
This particular character had already completed all the quests some time ago. Thus I doubt it is tied to the status of any one particular quest. Seems more likely that someone crisscrossed the destination links when "optimizing" some code.
