my stam DK build, not really new, but hey no proc sets!

race: Khajiit, many races work but i am just a fan of khajiit and the bit of sustain and crit damage is nice, you cannot really go wrong with khajiit stats.

2 heavy 5 medium, once again some preference in here, i dont care for the heavy penalties and after playing for so long swaping out 1 piece for a while and so on, this just felt best.

-5 titanborne (weapons and 3 armor)
-5 pariah (2 armor and jewelry)
-2 balorg

stage 3 vampire

yeah you already get whats up just looking at that. decent stats at above 50% health, and juiced stats under 50%

when you drop belowe 50% hp your stats become such that you might as well be playing with 3 five piece sets, its very hard to lose (even on dk) with such a statistical advantage. i have had encounters with very good meta classes where the players are experienced enough to get whats up and leave.

you have to play around how others act at high or low health, if you apply a bit of pressure but dont get them to the point of switching to defense while you get under 50% people tend to comit to close out the kill, you can then ult with balorg and juiced stats and straight up kill them, depending on how strong the player seems ill simply draw out the fight to let balorg max out before executing a combo.

of note i have reverse uno'd alot of nightblades that tried to jump me from stealth not realizing that they just made me incredibly strong.

i will note a slight preference is that i run 2 infused prismatic cost reduction enchants on my jewelry, the magicka cost reduction really makes elusive mist (the only vamp skill i use) go a long way as the cost reduction is massive on a per second basis.

as for enchanting the rest, mundus, food? all the classics, full impen, yada yada, do what you want or can afford.

When you write "no proc sets", players might assume your build is ready for the no proc campaign. You are using proc sets though which won't work there.

i mean "no proc sets" in the traditional player sense, the ones players think of when they think about how terrible they are. not in ZOS spaghetti code sense of your hp changed so thats a calculation on our server.

I run Titanborn Strength and Mark of the Pariah because they synergize extremely well together.

For 2-pc I like Engine Guardian for the sustain.

But those are all proc sets, as are the ones you listed.
