Evidence of audio glitch on XBOX

Here is some evidence of the consistent audio glitch. Whenever your view is obstructed from an NPC, you cannot hear their dialogue.
This matter has NOT been resolved.
An ‘add-on may be the cause of this glitch’ for PC - but that is not the case for consoles as we do not have access to any add-on.
Please do not think this issue is fixed. It is very annoying that I’m playing the new chapter and can’t hear a great portion of dialogue.
