I cannot log into the game or my online account.

I'm on the PC EU server:
The game won't run from the launcher, error code 210, I have two accounts a regular one and steam, neither is working and the repair launcher isn't working either. I then tried to connect to my accounts on the web and that won't work either so I ran the windows diagnostics and according to that the problem isn't at my end. Is anyone else having connection issues right now ? I also did a trace route and that looks fine so I find it odd. According to the server status page the servers are up. All my other web links are working fine. Ticket sent in to support.

    Yeah I'm having issues on NA servers but based in EU. Tried on both PS and Xbox and getting no announcements then when you click through to log in it just says it's timed out connection to the server. I've logged a support ticket to.

    Tried rebooting consoles and router and nothing is working.

    My son is on ps4 and I got him to try too but no luck there so seems to be Sky, I also ran a trace route and that worked although it took 24 seconds it did hit the ESO server so it's all odd.

    Yeah think it's Sky as I can't get onto my online banking either but if I swap to using 4g it's all okay.

    I have exactly the same problem, problems with Sky.

    I run a VPN that implements split tunnelling - ESO goes straight through without the VPN being applied, speeding up performance.

    However, when I switch split tunnelling off, so my connection to ESO does go through the VPN it connects OK.

    Not only does the game connect, but also the latency goes DOWN by 30%...

    Log onto your router, make a note of your primary DNS address and then change it to 8.8.8.8 (or if your devices have fixed IPs, change the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 instead)

    Clumsy AF, but it works...

    Yeah - I'm on Sky Internet and having problems logging in etc. This is on Xbox and also when streaming via xbox/play

    After further investigation - I'm not sure it is SKY. I was able to 'cloud play' other games from xbox/play and they loaded and played fine.

    Seems ESO is the one having problems.

    I should add that I am the xbox EU server.

    I have been having issues on Xbox EU/NA for a week now and don’t use Sky.

    Serious lag, skills and weapons firing with delay or not at all (which was not fun when completing the weekly WB endeavour), freezing, returning me back to an earlier point (Mirri & pet running back to get me) and getting kicked off the server regularly.

    NA is also throwing me off saying I am spamming messages when I don’t message anyone. Connection tests say it’s not my provider and yesterday it said there was an Xbox issue relating to the store but I’m not sure how that affects my game.

    I had trouble logging back into the forum then decided to go to my steam account and tried to launch a game and got this report.

    Sky Broadband Shield
    store.steampowered.com has been blocked by Sky Broadband Shield,

    I have never blocked anything with the shield so went and checked and sure enough it showed nothing blocked, so I added the link to the shield to allow this address and it's now working . I can also now log into my ESO online account but the game refuses to launch still.

Although I have never blocked anything with the Sky broadband shield, Steam reported that the broadband shield had blocked it.. I went to the shield and although it didn't show anything blocked I disabled the shield and everything worked after that.

    Just a note here, this error has nothing to do with chat messages, but is instead related to data the game is sending. ZOS really needs to change the wording of that error, or just remove it, because far too many people assume they're getting booted for spamming chat channels.

    Is there any way you can pass on the message about this? It's kind of useless to have an error message for people if the error makes them think the wrong thing entirely about what's going on.
