I'm 100% sure the dungeon was stealth changed recently. The 3rd and 4th boss in particular.
For 3rd boss, the shield seems to come back based on health %, not time anymore. It's no longer possible to take shield down in 2 cycles because the shield will automatically go back up at certain %. And if you have a low dps group, the shield will stay down for an eternity until reaching a certain health %.
The stranglers seems to be nerfed hard too, they spawn in less numbers and the dot seems to do way less damage.
For 4th boss, it used to be that stranglers will spawn on different part of the map every cycle, now they spawn on one side only.
Also it seems that imps, wasps, and spriggans are removed from this fight as well. On top of that, strangler spawn rate was reduced significantly I believe.
And like 3rd boss, when Maarselok lands, he now stays on the ground based on his health %, not time. So now everyone's force to do the boss in 3 cycles since he will automatically fly up after we dps him to certain %.
Also the fus ro dah timing was stealth changed as well, way different from what it was like before.
ZOS can you put the secret changes on the patch notes?
Or if it's a bug plz fix
Disappointed that yet another dungeon was nerfed. More and more difficult and engaging content removed from the game as if there isn't enough braindead easy content in the game already...
