I am wonder if breaking free shares the same global cooldown of 1000ms.
So this means after breaking free you need to wait the 1 sec global cooldown before the dodge roll can be activated.
Is it the case?
My usual pvp tactic and from what I see used by literally the majority of people, is: when you can stunned, you immediately breakfree and immediately do a roll dodge after to avoid incoming bursts like sorcs frags or nightblade bow procs.
Lately every time I get stunned, especially by incapacitating strike, i break free and then i cannot dodge roll after, my character just starts walking and doesn't roll dodge, and so i get hit by executioners, bow procs, surprise attacks and so on.
Is it because of hard lag maybe?
Because i see around people that seems to have literally zero lag, they instabreak free the stuns landed at them, and insta roll dodge the next 2 hits casted at them, not just one, but even 2, and they survive like that with full health like in that window space they take zero damage with from aoe.
Does break free have a short window invulnerability or something?
For example i stunned a nightblade with fossilize, he did break free and insta roll dodged, in that exact moment he did break free i landed him Leap ultimate and it showed no damage done, he remained at full health and dodged the incoming next molten whip as well, how this is possible?
I pvp for 3-4 years, i am not knew to it, so please avoid comments like he was better than me etc. Because after that i finished and killed him anyway, but im just curious of those weird little things happening.
And why i cannot roll dodge after i break free like others do.
If its because of lag and desync whatever, I'll deal with it stop caring.
If its a l2p issue because of a global cooldown i never noticed till now, my bad.
Thanks.
