I'm trying to finish off the Blackwoods achievements and am stuck on this one that you kill the named enemies in the Deadlands Public Dungeon, I dont think there's a way to get to all the bosses is there?

Do certain Deadlands portals leave you particular areas? Or is it all completely random everytime?

Each time you entire the deadlands you come in from a different angle. Why the map is circular with you entering portals to the different islands till you reach the center. Also the portals themselves are instance based so you enter the portal, finish what is essentially a delve, and leave to find yourself in a different instance of Blackwood with the portal still up. The whole thing feels wonky tbh and is not on the same level as Dolmens/Harrowstorms/Geysers/Dragons since they're not even really tied to the Blackwood zone itself.

Two out of the seven spawn in fixed locations; the titan and the final havocrel boss.
The other five are random, and spawn on the second island. You can wait there to farm them, and hope you get lucky. Spawn time is about five minutes I think, so not too bad.

So if you wait in that 2nd Island spot a different boss can show up each time? I thought they had a set Island spawn each?

Unless they changed it, you can. It's how I got my achievement done.

It's like the named dolmen bosses, you just have to keep trying until you've got them all.

You just hang out for respawn. If you can use an addon like BeamMeUp to get to other players in the zone you can sometimes swap islands or even maps to get a chance at a different boss.

This still works as of Dec '21, although since a random boss spawns, it's as annoying AF.
