Hey is there a way to restart a quest?

The quest is already completed but I would like to change my final choice so is there a way to reset it? Lets say /resetquest <quest name> or something similar?

Unfortunately this isn't possible. You can only abandon a quest in progress and redo it, but once you hit the "complete quest" button it's over. I wouldn't worry too much about quest choices, they have very trivial impact on anything really.

You can make another character and choose different options, but no backsies on the same character once it's all over.
