That's how it happened:
1. Join to queue
2. Accepted, ready check
3. Game says someone declined the invite
4. Instead of being moved to top, it says I exited because it's declined
5. Then I cannot queue again because it's too soon!?
I suspect the problem is due to the random group leader.
