Map Pins: Undiscovered wayshrine icons not showing up on alt character

They show up fine for my main character, displaying as black icons as expected, but when I load my alt, everything else shows up EXCEPT for these undiscovered wayshrines. I've checked that the addon is on and checked for both characters and all filters are set appropriately in the maps of both characters.
Any ideas why this is happening?
