So when Blackwood turns a year old and becomes a DLC and therefore part of ESO+, which part is going to be sectioned off and sold separately? For example, both Necromancer and Warden classes are separate in the crown store, as is Jewelrycrafting, which were originally selling features of their respective chapters.

Neither Jewelry crafting nor Antiquities were sectioned off and sold separately. The classes are the only thing that have been sectioned off. I suppose companions could be, but there's just as much precedent for not as for.

Companions have starter quests in Blackwood, which you have to again on every alt, even if you unlocked companion in any character. I don't see how it can work it seperately without Blackwood zone :P
