Did the issue of Elsweyr prologue quests bugging the main quest ever get fixed?

I just completed the two Elsweyr prologue quests The Demon Weapon and The Halls of Colossus on one of my main characters, and I still can't get start the next bit of the main quest.
I knew there were still issues with the main quest when those quests were active, but I'm not sure bad it still is.

FlamingMeat✭✭✭Don't think so. Rivenspire's main questline also bugs out and can't progress if you have a prologue quest as well still.0

✭✭It's not really a bug, Abnur can't be in two places at once. So you either have to not start the Elsweyr prologue or finish it so you can do the prophet quests with him.1
