Crash and turns Xbox off

I’ve had pretty regular crashes in PVP and PVE where the game closes and I’m back at the Xbox home screen. However, twice today my game froze and after a few seconds the Xbox switched off. Completely off. This has only just started happening so nothing to do with anything at my end. Both times in PVE areas.
