AOE Ground Target Circle addon?

Anyone know of an AOE Ground Target Circle addon? I would like to make it more visible.

Note: I am NOT talking about the Gameplay > Combat Custom Colors

It would be cool to be able to thicken the line and change colors. Sadly my coding skills are rusty as hell. I poked at the API but could not find anything except 2 references to GroundTarget. One was for Mode (presumably for quick cast) and the other is for error handling.

If you try that addon please note here if it does make the targeting reticle more visible. From reading the description it seems it only changes the appearance of the active AoE which is not what you are asking about. Unfortunatly the author did not provide any SS to help clear that aspect up.

Addons cannot alter the effects of spells, buffs, weapons, etc.
