What can we expect with Blackwood in October?

That I'm afraid i don't know, but i do have some theories maybe we could see mehrunes dagons axe as a weapon style but I'm not holding my breath.

They are giving out a large house as an event purchase item. It’s most likely the “Doomchar Plateau” home. I guess that will be the “free” home this time.

Yup.

Like I said it will be an event purchase item. Most likely we have to buy one-three things for our collection from the event vendor, and then morph the pet. Just like the mount will be an event purchase item, or how the personality was.

It's five items for the house, not three. This entire year (except for the morph pet) was a wash for me: I don't use emotes or skins (especially ugly daedric ones), the mount wasn't anything I wanted, and the house isn't my cuppa. 'S'okay - I have 12 tickets sitting waiting for something I want. I'm sure there will be something eventually. And if not *shrug* - doesn't matter....

The prizes were not linked to the whole ticket system. If I recall correctly people on both servers had to visit the "striking locales" in that zone to unlock the big prize for everyone. Looking at the list of past prizes it wouldn't just be a weapon style.

Since we're getting a free house with event tickets I suspect the prize for the Blackwood event will be more akin to the Dragons Hoard we got with Elsweyr.

We didn't just get one furnishing with Elsweyr btw. There was also a unique test dummy with like 6 million health and 3(?) attuneable crafting stations.
