As a Guild Master, if I Remove & Blacklist a Member, can they change account names and rejoin?

✭✭✭✭✭My understanding is that if you add someone to the blacklist and they change their name, it also updates in the blacklist to the new name. I typically add a note to players on my ignore list that mentions their current @name. If I notice it changes, I update it again with the new name in addition to the old name so I don't forget who it was originally.4
