I've been feeling generous recently and thought i would share the knowledge i've been using with my frost knight for the gear for others to create their own cryomancer, you can also replace frostbite with icy conjuror if you want but that's up to you. Here's the sheet. Side note, only the warden benefits from this gear set up

Head - Slimecraw, Divines

Shoulder - Frostbite, Divines

Chest - Winterborn, Divines

Legs - Winterborn, Divines

Feet - Winterborn, Divines

Belt - Winterborn, Divines

Hands - Frostbite, Divines

Ring 1 - Ring of the Pale order, blood thirsty

Ring 2 - Winterborn, blood thirsty

Necklace - Frostbite, blood thirsty

Main Weapon - Frostbite Ice staff, Precise

Back-bar weapon - Maelstrom's ice Staff ,Charged

while winterborn is probably the best frost based 5 piece set proc set for pve, it's still quite a dps loss, should be fine for a lot of overland content though.

Frost Wardens are probably my fave aesthetic, and it hurts that they're still so difficult to build effectively. Amazing for overland PVE though. The sets can all be so much fun, to the point that I even have a max health (64 points, for real) Warden with a 2h ice sword using the Frozen Watcher set with Frostbite and Iceheart.

Gripping Shards AOE --> Arctic Blast AOE --> Block for Frozen Watcher AOE --> Iceheart AOE procs --> Northern Storm AOE if needed. Silver leash anyone that tries to run away.

Not even remotely min/maxed, but it's overland so still feels OP, and it looks COOL AS HELL

I tried it in dungeons many times and it is a BEAST and it's so much fun to use too that's also really strong. 🤩
