Two questions

1. Does this have 700 furnishing slots?
2. Can you duel other players in the house?

Thats only 9600? I assumed it would return at a 12k cost, as for your questions...

1: I am pretty sure it is a notable home but it is only 700 if you have ESO+
2: Yes you can duel there, it would be a pretty big fail to release an arena without the ability to use it for it's intended purpose

12k furnished
9600 unfurnished

I just bought it unfurnished. It comes with some rocks, trees, saplings, and some lighting.



I like the house already. I've been waiting for this and did not know it would return to the store.

I've always wanted this house because I like PvP. If ZOS could add more PvP themed items to the store, that'd be great.
