Forward Camps and Resurrection AP

Please add resurrection AP for the player who sets a forward camp. Even if it is 50% AP of using a Soul Gem to Res, this small change will promote healthy cooperative gameplay.
Right now, players are too poor, too selfish, or too unaware of the tactical benefits of forward Camps to set any.
Alternatively, sell forward Camps for 200AP each, not 20,000. Like so many other mechanisms in Cyrodiil, the current economy of Forward Camps is a benefit given to the winning, larger, or stronger side. And this - as any fool know - is bad game design.
