[IDEA] Classes - Warden's Bear and Sorc's pets

My request is quite simple, and would improve the overall perception of Wardens and Sorcerers with pets.

Make the summons timed. Plain and simple. - 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 seconds. Increase the cost to 300 / 290 / 270 / 250 , make both morphs stronger or rework their skills.

How many times were we forced to walk around an NPC just to turn in the quest OR leave the bank, because there was a Warden's Bear blocking the way?

This would solve another problem: huge bear rumps and fluttering Daedra in tight, cramped rooms - like banks. Do we need those in the space where they are not needed?

Also, some Wardens go as far as to actually stand somewhere on purpose so as to obstruct the way. Sure, we can always report them... Nonetheless, it would not be necessary if Wardens had such an option.

Speaking of which, can you imagine a huge, lumbering, stomping piece of electrified rocks? No? Well, it means that ZOS did a fine job making the Storm Atronach immobile, yet able to help.

Pets are annoying but they don't block your movement... that would be insane if they did

Just make them a criminal act, no need to have them in cities.
I play magwarden but I always despawn my bear in cities out of respect for other players.

While in cities they could just make them transparent to player actions. Wanna interact with a door but a pet is in the way? It'll prioritize letting you interact with the door over targeting the pet. That's how it should be to be honest.

Or you know, you could read the current PTS patch notes first...
    Interaction Priority Changes
We've added new rules for determining which things you'll interact with when there's a potential conflict. Generally speaking, interactable objects that are valuable (such as resource nodes and lootable corpses) will have priority over things that are mobile or player-made (such as Companions and Mementos). You should also have less of a problem attempting to interact with doors, Dye Stations, and other permanently available interactable objects, even when they're surrounded by Jubilee Cakes or Sorcerer pets.

Interaction is one thing and this will be fixed (at last!) but I really hate when I have flying sorc pet in close distance - this wings when at full screen makes me a bit dizzy, it's not pleasant feeling.

    Oh thank the gods... Finally!

I am so sick of Mirri and Bastion walking in front of me as I'm picking up loot from a corpse or gathering mats. I could live with the bear/sorcerer pets. I can walk away from those or wait but companions are a constant headache. I like adventuring with my new buddies but please let me loot like normal with them.

I tend to dismiss my sorcerer's pet because of this issue. Makes me a little sea sick to see the wings beating up and down. Specifically at wayshrines when they tend to give me a full view of them.

Anybody ever heard of epilepsy? Some films have a warning that they contain scenes which may cause seizure. Those flapping wings do resemble a situation where one could get this...

Why on Nirn don't they make Winged Twilights perch, I wonder... especially that such animation does exist (Irrai -> quest 'Eyes of Azura' in Laeloria, Grahtwood)

Permanent summons are inherent to both sorc and warden. For doubleslotting the relevant skill, they darn well better not become a 'buff' that you have to routinely refresh. A big reason to use permanent summons is exactly to avoid so darn many 'gotta refresh on a timer' skills.

    That said:
    - Include provisions in the game to make it easier to unsummon pets (like the addon PetDismiss has). One programmable key and your pets are gone.
    - Reduce the size of the summoned winged twilights by at least half. Giving them a 'perch' idle as suggested above would be great.
    - Consider the same route taken with companions when in towns/crowded areas. You only see your own companion/summons. If those who find it necessary to duel in crowded areas believe it is necessary, allow foes in combat to see each others' summons.
