Unexpected Outcome - Never Encountered Before

For the weekly endeavor of slaying 250 foes with a class ability, my Templar is best set up for this challenge. I went into one of the Delves to start racking up the body count. While battling one of the denizens, in a corridor lined with locked dungeon cells, I fired off a Piercing Javelin, knocking the denizen backwards through the locked cell door and into the cell. I couldn't get in and the denizen couldn't get out. Sword blows wouldn't work and I had to resort to ranged spells to finish it off.

It's funny for certain but I've not ever had that occur before.

On my first character I ambushed a vampire who teleported himself right into a prison cell, then I was locked there with no way out. Had to spend a hundred bucks to wayshrine.

Javelin seems to do weird things. I’ve gotten killed multiple times by “Environment Damage” after getting hit by a javelin. No, It never knocked me off a ledge! Damage just goes from 100% to 0 when it happens. It’s like getting hit with a Death Spell.

Have been on the receiving end of being 'locked' inside a cage when missing a block in FG1 lol
easy dungeon but wasn't much fun fighting the boss from inside a tiny cage xD
