Random blue screen on PS4 NA

When trying to load 2 of my toons the location screen loads but fails and blue screens, all other toon on account are ok just these 2. Tried clearing cache but same 2 toons blue screen any ideas?

I’m not the only one either quite a few in my guild experiencing same issues.
