In no-CP campaign the perk 'War Mount' is useless; in CP campaign - priceless. So let me offer an alternative.
Another perk, also costing 120 CP (or more), namely 'Crafty Fighter' (or Warrior). The perk would do the following:
I.Woodworking - Increase your Bow damage by 0,5% per Woodworking level
II.Jewelry crafting - Increase your Jewelry trait potency by 1% per Engraver level
III.Enchanting - 1) Increase your Enchantments' potency on armor and weapons by 0,5% per Potency Improvement level OR 2) Add XYZ Magickal / Fire / Frost / Shoch damage to your attack once per Z seconds per Potency Improvement level
IV.Clothing - Increase your Elemental damage by 0,5% per Tailoring level
V.Alchemy - 1) Increase your Potions' and Poisons' potency by 0,5% per Solvent Proficiency level OR 2) Reduces Poison damage you suffer by 10 (or 5) % per Solvent Proficiency level
VI.Blacksmithing - 1) Increase your armor rating by 1% per Metalworking level OR 2) Increase your melee weapon damage by 1% per Metalworking level OR 3) Increase your armor rating and melee weapon damage by 0,5% per Metalworking level
VIII.Provisioning - Increases your Magicka / Health / Stamina by 1,5 % per level of Recipe Improvement level
This would be a further incentive to develop your crafting skills, whose level would directly influence combat. Although I believe it would benefit Master Crafters most.
