I saw a companion outfitted in what looked like a leather, thieves outfit/costume, with four glass balls attached to the belt, two on each side. The glass balls appeared to be filled with a greenish, glowing liquid. What is this outfit/costume and how is it obtained?

True-sworn chests have the green bottles. They (motif pages) drop from Black Drake Villa and can be bought from guild traders.

Looks like the green bottles can’t be dyed? It’s annoying having these prominent costume/motif features that you can’t change the colour of.

I was going to say it might be the Toxin Doctor costume, but that has green vials instead of orbs.

The companions use True-Sworn as their default outfit, so you don’t need to know it to use it on them. Only if you want to swap weights visually while equipping them with your weight of choices.
