Weapon Swap after changing skills or gear causes short freeze

Hello. Im a nightblade main and run into an issue for quite some time now.

I pinpointed my problem to a point where i cant change gear or skills without the issue happening. Its really annoying. And irritates me when doing vet content which can lead me to doing mistakes.

Im Playing on PC EU.
Its happening to me everywhere. I first noticed it in raids where i switched setups via addons real quickly.
Soon i discovered that whenever i changed a siphoning skill for another the Issue starts to arise. It isnt a connection Issue and also not a server Issue.
And the longer it drags on the more i change skills the harder the freeze gets Up to a point of 2-3 seconds which is unplayable.
I can only resolve it with a /RelodUI

I tried to remove all addons, reinstall the game, playing on low graphic settings but even without all this the problem still shows up.
Dont know what i can do on my end.

I hope anyone has a suggestion on what i can do.

Hi, this just happened to me so badly during a dungeon just now, i was getting irratic pauses getting longer and then a CTD. Now i cannot even login for 2 hours already.

Also PC EU, nightblade.

I have the same issues Xbox EU since Blackwood come out, i tryed everythings reset from factory the consolle, reinstall.
And after some test for try to fix the issues i notice when i have same types of weap slotted (es. fire staff+fire staff or bow+bow ect.) while bar swapping the issues vanish.
