Elsweyr Event & Maelstrom Arena

Elsweyr questions:
1. Do you only get a maximum of 2 event tickets per day - no matter how many of the dailies you do? (1 for Northern, 1 for Southern)
2. For future Elsweyr events, why not make dragon encounters temporarily available in all Alliance areas? (So you don't get so many people in one location almost crashing the server - like today and yesterday - same for WBs)

Maelstrom: Finally finished it for the first time ever. I've been trying now and then for over a year (no kidding), but I could never figure out a way to beat the Argonian Behemoth - no matter what I did the Enraged Roar (or whatever it is) would kill me every time... but today, I finally figured it out, and it was the mother-of-all forehead-slaps because it was so bloody simple. I always killed the two Argonians so couldn't use their shield, lol.

Yes you only get 1 ticket per zone via that zones dailies. 1 for north and 1 for south elsweyr. For 2 tickets total per day!

And congrats on Maelstrom! [snip] I don't know which I worse, the behemoth or the stupid ice lake round... although my personal fave arena is the mephala realm one :P

I mean they'd have to program the dragon encounters to have an area to land in all Alliance areas. Getting past that issue, the problem is that it'd be a lot of dead zones.

In normal mode, one can just heal through that scream, although on some stamina builds it can get a bit tricky.

I've never gotten that far in vet, but I presume it's basically impossible to ignore the mechanic there.

Yeah, it is maybe 1 sec and you'll die if you're out of a bubble. You could also interrupt the boss, but it'll cause the boss to enrage and when enraged, his all attacks really hurt a lot.

But beating vMA sure is a feat! I remember shaking in disbelief after Solkyn Variak (or what's the final boss called) was dead. It felt amazing. Congrats to OP on doing it.

For me, the most difficult arena was the Argonian Behemoth one. The ice one was just timer and health percentages and thus I could just lay back and take my time doing it.

For me, the key ingredient on success was pacing my run. I spread it out on several days and stayed on the plan: first day I did arenas 1 and 2, second day I did arenas 3 and 4, third day arenas 5 and 6, fourth day arenas 7 and 8 and fifth day the final arena. I got to relax and avoided getting stressed out and doing stupid things and trying to blame my stupid on the game. And because I didn't do it all on one run, I could use all the sigils I wanted.
