PC/EU login issues not fixed

I got in briefly in the last half hour, got tossed out in the middle of trying to complete the first delve daily, and have been repeatedly disconnected at various stages of login since.

I missed whatever the earlier issues were, but it seems that they're not fixed.

    Yeah issue persists. I'm on day 4 of this junk now. If I can log in at all, ping goes absolutely crazy just doing writs and kicks me. Getting kinda old at this point. I've tried all the guides and opened a ticket with CS, who just told me to reboot my router, because I couldn't possibly have thought of such an intricate solution myself.

    ZOS, these kinds of answers are an excellent way of alienating paying customers.

    If I have problems connecting to ESO, after playing the game for years with zero problems apart from when many people were also having those exact same problems, at the precise moment there is a site banner here acknowledging that other people have been having those same problems and claiming to have fixed them, then making it out like it's an issue on our end is an excellent way of saying "hey, we know you're paying money to us each month to play this game, but we absolutely don't give a stuff if it's actually playable due to issues on our end".
