Only so many rice sacks and they disappear for everyone when someone takes one.
The rice sacks they do not come back.
So the apprentice of this one, Aydani, is left one rice sack short and cannot complete the quest.
A friend tells Khajiit this is an old bug.
Everyone chasing five rice sacks when there must be a crowd of 20 to 30 travellers - it just does not work.
Please send more rice to Southern Elsweyr as soon as possible.
