Twitch Drop Progress Stopped

Hello,

I received my 15 minute crate with no issues - yet my 1hr crate is paused at 30%, and my 2hr crate is paused at 15%.

How do I get these calculating again? I have been watching since I got the notification that Bethesda went live.

In my experience it’s still calculating it’s just not updating the drop inventory graphics. Close the app and restart it.

I think Bethesda is just one drop, there are other streamers that have the one hour and two hour crates (I got those earlier before Bethesda went live)

First, thank you for mentioning this, because I didn't realize there was a 15-minute drop campaign today. I tuned in to the UK stream just before it ended (wah!), but was able to switch over to the DE stream just as it was starting (yay!).

What I've found is that if I leave the drops window open, the progress bar tends to freeze, although (I think) it's still working; it just isn't updating the displayed progress (I think).

If I close and reopen the drops window, it updates as expected. However, sometimes I need to actually close the stream and exit Twitch entirely, then restart Twitch and the stream, for the progress bar to show progress.

Sometimes it happens if the stream ends early(sometimes on bethesda channel ones),or you started a bit late and they move you to diff streamer that give no drops.Ususally I click show participating channels and click one and it continues,unless it a drop for a stream that only has a campaign for it and it ends early.

Pressing F5 while you have the drops window open also updates progress.

Next DE streams (IIRC) are on Friday and on Tuesday, the time is something I sadly can't remember.

I'm looking at a drop that is stopped at 66% due to the streamer turning off, and now the participating channel says, "No results found". So am I simply out the drop? It says ends Oct 26, which is today. Kind of difficult to complete it when there are no participating channels to finish it out.

The drops campaigns usually start and end at specific times of the day. I don't see an active campaign listed right now, so I can't tell what time the latest campaign ended. The next campaign that's listed doesn't start until November 2 at 6 PM (EDT?).

It was an unannounced Bethesda France Ouroboros Crate drop. I missed it, too. This surprise system is a bit ridiculous.

On Bethesda’s discord you can follow their twitch drop channel which will then alert you whenever they turn on drops. Whether then announced it ahead or not, the bot sends out notifications regardless.

And therein lies the problem. "Unannounced" for what reason? So they can spank one another while LOLing at all those who missed it? There is no logic behind it being unannounced. I'll have to apply that lack of logic the next time I contemplate giving them more money... just one more annoyance in an ever growing list of annoyances.

My guess would be, unannounced because it was unplanned-- or at least not planned far enough in advance to be able to announce it far enough in advance.

I have that on but it doesn't work well because it gives you no forewarning a lot of time and I'm not checking discord 24/7. A lot of times the Bethesda campaigns aren't mentioned until they are on.
