random game crashed in BGs

howdy folks,
i am getting random game crashes in BGs. after a minute or two the game just freezes, then (after another minute or two) logs me out with message "ensure you have a valid internet connection". i do. and i can play PvE stuff normally. it's only the BGs. this is extremely frustrating, as i do want to play BGs and leaving my group hanging puts them in precarious position. does anyone have the same issue? or had? if so, how did you fix that?
