Moon Hunter Keep - bugged at the end

Tried to engage the final boss and she suddenly became passive? same with her pets. Couldn't attack or interact with her. Tried going back into the previous room, and it didn't do anything (also, the NPCs wouldn't talk to me, either).
Tried relogging (the whole group), leaving and reentering the final arena, enabling Hard Mode, etc.. Nothing changed.
