Should Elder Scrolls 3 be remastered with new graphics and more skills?

I would love it if Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind was remastered with new skills and better graphics without removing anything. I think a role dodge and Dual wield skill should be added into Elder Scrolls 3 with more up to date graphics.
