Frozen Watcher - Inconsistent Behaviour with Sellestrix and Winterborn Sets.

The following is occuring on PC/EU.
When blocking with the Frozen Watcher set, the damage dealt by the aura procs the Sellestrix monster mask sets "When you deal damage..."
It does not however, proc the Winterborn set, which has a similar effect and condition - "When you deal frost damage..."
Sellestrix and Winterborn use the same wording for their proc condition, but only Sellestrix considers it to be 'you' dealing the frost damage.
I was hoping that the two would work in tandem with the Frozen Watcher set, producing an ice spike before the earthquake when blocking.
If this isn't something that can be fixed, I think the phrasing should at least be changed to accurately reflect their behaviour.
