EXITING THE HARBORAGE KEEPS CRASHING THE GAME (ps5)

I've posted about this a few weeks ago as well, but was hoping it was event related (server strain).
Unfortunately it is not.

Enter the harborage to start a quest, click portal... CRASH TO SYSTEM.
Load game back up, click portal again, finish quest, exit harborage... CRASH TO SYSTEM.

How about some customer support for a change, and you do something about this, instead of only deleting peoples post.
Because this is now just a vicious circle... You're game runs like crap and is crashing left and right (WORSE then Cyberpunk 2077)... People that post about it get ignored... then post upset, then you delete those posts.

Let's try actually acknowledging this stuff, and starting a process on getting this fixed?

Bottomline here is the the next gen version of ESO is crashing like mad on PS5 at least.
When exiting/entering delves. When trying to do harborage quests (again area switching related) and also when exiting the CP menu.

Could you PLEASE start looking into this, and start fixing this, or remove the enhanced version from the store. before Sony does it for you?

Once again.... Your game crashes MORE then cyberpunk 2077, which got taken out of the store!!!!!

PSA to all players who encounter these crashes: REPORT ALL CRASHES to Sony.
Maybe if enough get send in, Sony WILL take this seriously.

EDIT:
This was tested on multiple PS5s running the game in performance mode, on both the normal one and on the disc-less/digital edition. And on both the EU and NA server.
