Skeletal Arcanist underperforming

I speak from a non cp pvp/bg perspective.

Anyone else finds this ability underperforming?

The damage is weak in my opinion,the cost is high and besides the passives it procs the ability itself offers nothing.

I think the cost must be reduced and either increase the damage or give it more utility, it could give you a buff or debuff the enemies it hits.

Edit: My suggestion would be reduce the cost, increase the duration from 16 to 24 and make it give major sorcery so you don't have to use degeneration/spell pots.

    I kind of wanted it to do more overall since we don't have pet permanence. It just seems very blah. :/

    I think that duration might be too long (I need those corspes). The cost honestly isn't an issue for me. But I would not be opposed to getting major sorcery from the archanist. If you extend the duration, then it should only get a damage increase but not major sorcery. I think that would be balanced.
